Diane Witkowski

Diane Witkowski

My name is Diane Witkowski, I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (MSN, PMHNP-BC) with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. I began my career as a registered nurse at Children’s Hospital, where I developed a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care.

I have also worked as an auditor and quality improvement specialist, focusing on care delivery for disabled home care patients. These roles strengthened my understanding of healthcare systems, patient safety, and quality outcomes across diverse care settings.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health and have worked across a variety of clinical environments, including emergency medicine, wellness medicine, and psychiatry. This broad experience allows me to bring a well-rounded, practical approach to mental health treatment.

I am passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. I follow evidence-based guidelines while integrating clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition. My training in trauma-informed care and experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds have shaped my commitment to expanding access to affordable and equitable mental health services.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dog, listening to motivational podcasts, and indulging in my daughter’s homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Jordan White

Jordan White, LMSW, DrPH

Independant Practitioner

I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking support, clarity, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My goal in therapy is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we focus on building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and developing strategies that can be applied both in and outside of therapy sessions.

I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and my Doctor of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a social work faculty member at a national university and previously taught at Morgan State University in Baltimore. I also bring experience working in harm reduction and youth services, which continues to inform my compassionate, culturally responsive approach to care.

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and grounded in trust, and I strive to meet each client where they are as we work toward growth, healing, and long-term resilience.

We promise to work to give you superior patient care with absolute dedication to your mental health needs. We are also proud to inform you that we are an LGBTQ community-friendly facility.

We have taken measures to keep the quality of our staff, but don’t take our word for it, make sure to meet them in person! To do so, please send us a message here.
