Hi, I'm Adewole A. Ogundepo, PMHNP-BC. I believe that every individual deserves compassionate, personalized mental health care that recognizes their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My commitment is to provide a supportive, respectful, and judgment-free environment where clients and their families feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout the treatment process
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. With many years of experience in behavioral health, I have cared for individuals across diverse clinical settings and have developed a patient-centered approach that combines evidence-based psychiatric care with cultural sensitivity and holistic treatment planning.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia, and emotional challenges related to life transitions and adjustment difficulties.
My approach to treatment is collaborative and flexible. I take the time to listen carefully to each client and, when appropriate, their family members, recognizing that healing is most successful when care is individualized. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that integrates evidence-based medication management, supportive psychotherapy, education, and practical coping strategies designed to improve emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
I am deeply committed to building trusting, respectful, and meaningful therapeutic relationships. By working together, we can foster resilience, promote personal growth, and help you develop the skills and confidence needed to move toward a healthier, more fulfilling future. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward lasting mental wellness.
Hi, I'm Dr. Kofi Dofour, DNP, PMHNP-BC. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than nine years of experience providing compassionate psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. My mission is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take the next step toward emotional wellness.
I understand that living with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood changes, or other mental health challenges can make everyday life feel overwhelming. Sometimes you simply need someone who will listen without judgment, provide guidance, and help you regain a sense of hope. You do not have to face these challenges alone—I am here to support you every step of the way.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for individuals ages six and older. My areas of clinical expertise include the treatment of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic mental health conditions. Every treatment plan is individualized and grounded in the latest evidence-based psychiatric practices while respecting each person's unique experiences, goals, and values.
I believe that the best outcomes occur through collaboration. During your initial visit, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric assessment, discuss your concerns, establish meaningful treatment goals, and review available treatment options together. While medication may be an important part of care for some individuals, it is never the only focus. I believe in treating the whole person by combining medication management, supportive psychotherapy, education, and practical coping strategies to promote long-term wellness.
My goal is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable sharing your story without fear of stigma or judgment. Whether you are seeking care for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I am committed to partnering with you to foster resilience, restore balance, and help you achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life. Sometimes the most powerful step toward healing is simply having someone who believes in you. I look forward to walking that journey with you.
Hi, I'm Diane Witkowski, PMHNP-BC. I believe that compassionate, evidence-based mental health care can make a meaningful difference in every stage of life. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where children, adolescents, and adults feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in their treatment journey.
I began my nursing career more than 15 years ago as a Registered Nurse at Children's Hospital, where I developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care. Throughout my career, I have also served as an auditor and quality improvement specialist, helping to improve the quality and delivery of care for individuals receiving home-based services. These experiences strengthened my commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and high-quality behavioral healthcare.
I later earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My clinical experience includes emergency medicine, wellness medicine, and psychiatry, providing me with a broad perspective on the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, schizophrenia, and other behavioral health concerns. My treatment philosophy combines evidence-based practice with clinical expertise, thoughtful observation, and individualized care tailored to each person's unique needs.
My training in trauma-informed care and experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds have reinforced my passion for increasing access to compassionate, affordable, and equitable mental health services. I believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy while working toward lasting emotional wellness.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time walking my dog, listening to motivational podcasts, and, whenever I get the chance, enjoying my daughter's homemade chocolate chip cookies. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and improved mental well-being.
I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking support, clarity, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My goal in therapy is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we focus on building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and developing strategies that can be applied both in and outside of therapy sessions.
I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and my Doctor of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a social work faculty member at a national university and previously taught at Morgan State University in Baltimore. I also bring experience working in harm reduction and youth services, which continues to inform my compassionate, culturally responsive approach to care.
I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and grounded in trust, and I strive to meet each client where they are as we work toward growth, healing, and long-term resilience.
