Hi, I'm Adewole A. Ogundepo, PMHNP-BC. I believe that every individual deserves compassionate, personalized mental health care that recognizes their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. With many years of experience in behavioral health, I have cared for individuals across diverse clinical settings and have developed a patient-centered approach that combines evidence-based psychiatric care with cultural sensitivity and holistic treatment planning.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia, and emotional challenges related to life transitions and adjustment difficulties.

My approach to treatment is collaborative and flexible. I take the time to listen carefully to each client and, when appropriate, their family members, recognizing that healing is most successful when care is individualized. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that integrates evidence-based medication management, supportive psychotherapy, education, and practical coping strategies designed to improve emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
